

Mr. Bianchi is was born and raised in Boston Massachusetts and has been in commercial development, real estate, electrical construction, and heavy civil developments since 1980. His career started as an electrician in the field and grew a successful business from ground up. Mr. Bianchi is currently involved in several revolutionary technology patents in the renewable energy industry. His development experience includes projects throughout New England and New York and Washington DC. He has been the Developer and Project Executive for projects such as the New Award Winning Bethune Dining Hall at Howard University. He has also been the construction manager and developer for numerous projects for clients including Sodexo, Northeastern University, Juniata College, Howard University, Columbia College, Emerson College, Cambridge Hospital, Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital, Melrose Wakefield Hospital, Pet Supply Plus, Yum Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut), Wendy’s Restaurants, The Discovery Museum of Acton, and many more. Mr. Bianchi is very involved in the day to day operations and daily communication with each and every client.
