Mr. Bianchi is native to Massachusetts and have been a successful Project Manager on many large scale and high profile development projects in the New England area.  Mr. Bianchi’s development experience includes several multifamily commercial residential projects, heavy civil and utility projects, and several large scale solar projects. Additionally, he has been an investor in many local investment properties. Mr. Bianchi oversees all day to day operations in each venture he is involved in and very in tune with financial tracking and mitigating risks.
